Queen Maxima and King Willem Alexander of the Netherlands at the Prince Claus Awards Ceremony in Amsterdam on December 15, 2016.

Queen Maxima braves the December chill as she flashes her toned arms in a SLEEVELESS dress at the Prince Claus Awards in Amsterdam 


(L-R) Queen Maxima with King Willem-Alexander were joined by Princess Mabel of Orange-Nassau and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands for the Prince Claus Awards. The princesses also made a statement with their choice of dress opting for jewel colored kaftans. 

It may be December but today the Queen of the Netherlands opted for a sleeveless dress as she attended the Prince Claus Awards.

Queen Maxima braved the November chill in a sleeveless dress complemented her outfit with a pair of statement beaded red earrings. The Queen wore a pair of thick black tights matching her patent black heels as she joined husband King Willem Alexander and Princess Mabel and Princess Laurentien in Amsterdam

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands is an expert when it comes to all things financial as she is UN secretary special advocate for inclusive finance for development.

Queen Maxima spoke passionately to the minister as she could be using exaggerated hand gestures to express herself.

Dutch Queen Maxima later removed her jacket to showcase a more demure rose dress as she met with German Federal Minister of Finance Wolfgang Schaeuble
