The Duchess Of Cambridge Opens New Place2B Headquarters - March 07, 2018

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge opened the new headquarters of Place2Be, choosing a navy blue dress by Seraphine for the occasion. The blue hue complemented her, while the lace top and fluted sleeves added a ladylike finish to the piece, and the loose-fitting skirt skimmed carefully over her growing bump with a velvet waistband. She completed her looks with a matching pair of  suede heels and clutch purse.
